Great experience with the team at Windy City Triumph. Ross and Corey really took the time to make sure I was fully satisfied. Corey and Pete did a great job getting the parts in to get the upgrades done as quick as possible, and Jim in service made it all come together. Couldn't be happier with the experience!

I had been shopping around for a Vespa. I came in to Windy City Triumph because they advertise precisely what is in their showroom, no surprises. I was happy to work with Cory who helped me to purchase the Vespa I wanted at the procepoint I needed. The scooters are housed in the same building as some of the baddest Harley Davidson bikes I have ever seen. When my hipster/ eco-friendly purchase was complete, they celebrated without prejudice by revving up 20 Harleys, letting me ring a victory bell, and a congratulatory handshake from every employee in the building! Probably the most exciting purchase of my life, because of the way Windy City treats their customers.

I recently bought a bike here. It was a great experience from start to finish. Corey, JD, JB, as well as the rest of the staff were all extremely helpful and flexible. I did not have any idea which bike I wanted when I walked in, but Corey showed me several options that would fit me, and I ended up falling in love with a 2009 Yamaha Raider. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

I just purchased a 2011 Victory Cross Country from Windy City, and worked mainly with Ross. Ross is a great guy who really understands the principle of Customer Service, Ross and everyone at Windy City went above and beyond for me. A few weeks before this purchase my home was flooded and I lost a car, my Road King, there was severe damage to my house and tens of thousands of dollars of uninsured property and knowing that Ross took extra special care of me. I made a three hour trip with some brothers to get this bike, because it was the best price that I could find ANYWHERE, the only thing that is holding my rating back from 5 stars is that we did have to wait two hours or to complete the transaction, which put me getting back home pretty late. Other than that this was a great experience and I would DEFINITELY consider purchasing from Windy City Triumph again!

Finally bought a Triumph Speed Triple from Windy City Triumph. Very helpful guys. Good financing (better than the bank) and super low pressure. Great guys, great place. Well done. I would and do recommend these guys to anyone and everyone. If I had enough I would go back for an Aprilia

I was looking for a bike that was similar to when I first began riding. I came across a 1982 Honda CM450 that was exactly what I was looking for. They stayed in communication with me in a timely manner, held the bike with a deposit, until I was able to pay it off. Both Corey the Salesman and JB the manager were great to work with, it was like dealing with friends. I live in another state, not Ill. They went out of their way to make it happen for me as an out of state purchase. My bike is being shipped to me, and will arrive this coming week end. It was an easy, exciting transaction and they shared my enthusiasm. They deserve 10 stars!

Corey Bryan and JB were both extremely helpful through the process of purchasing my new to me 2014 Valkyrie. Took me on a long test ride to ensure it was the bike for me, and weren't pushy at all with negotiating. Very personable and honest people that were great to work with.

My son bought a brand new Triumph Street Twin about 2 years ago. One of the happiest days of his life. He now has a bike that he can't drive over 45 mph. Triumph corp. rep. from Atlanta and Castle Motor Sports in Madison TN is worthless and Triumph as a whole is a horrible company and did nothing to correct the problem. Save your money and don't buy a Triumph from any dealership. They told him nothing is wrong with the bike but the front vibrates so much his hands go numb. They screwed him long enough so now his 2 year warranty is over. Great way to treat a young man who loved his new bike and would have purchased more in the future. What a terrible company!!

Outstanding service. As a result, I spent a fair amount of cash there. Customer service at Windy City Triumph treats women as equals. My wife and I are from Lafayette Indiana. We went up to Chicago on November 19th to the Triumph Reception to see the new bikes. Sunday we went to Windy City Triumph to look at a R3T they had for a great price. We were and easy sale. Corey could not have more helpful. We finished the paperwork through the mail and they offered to store the bike for the winter. J.B. and Corey are great people that have a passion for what they do. The dealership is top notch and even though they are 3 hours away they have a customer for life. Now the only thing we are waiting for is spring.

Last year I was Cory Brian's first sale and was totally impressed with his patience and helpfulness as I worked through the buying process. With a few good words from Joe in Service, I ended up buying my first motorcycle that did not begin with an "H" and will tell anyone who listens how flat friggin' fantastic my Moto Guzzi California 1400 Touring truly is.But a good relationship does not end with the sale. Big Steve is one of, if not the best, Service Managers I have dealt with. Joe who works for him always keeps me calm and I truly believe he treats my ride as if it was his own.Great responsiveness and follow through make me a happy customer. I purchased a brand new motorcycle from them a year ago. A new Triumph Daytona 675. This season the oil pan gasket started leaking with less than 3000 miles on the bike. I brought the bike for services and this is were all the fun began!!! 1st since the bike was under warranty I guess nobody was motivated to actually work on the bike because it took 3 weeks to get back!!!! Hold on; there is more! I brought the bike in with the fairings off because I thought it would help move things along since I was told there was only one mechanic in the shop period. When I came to pick the bike back up not only did they not want to put the fairings back on but these sorry MF didn't even turn off the check engine light. I purchased my motorcycle with cash and no financing and as soon as it was purchased was were the excellent service STOPPED! Worst experience EVER with a motorbike shop and I would advise EVERYONE to take their business someplace else!!!!!!!!!!! Don't say I didn't warn you!!!!

Im always apprehensive when buying any new vehicle whether car or motorcycle because Ive grown to expect high-pressure salesman and obnoxious nance managers. I experienced exactly the opposite at Windy City Triumph when I purchased a 2015 Triumph Rocket III Touring. From the moment I walked in the door I was treated with courtesy and respect and there was absolutely no high-pressure sales pitch whatsoever. My salesman, Michele Barsanti was absolutely fantastic. So was the General Manager, JB Bussert and the parts salesman, whose name was, I believe, Mario, who I bought a couple helmets from. I cant imagine a more pleasant experience when buying any kind of vehicle. The whole experience was actually a pleasure! Im so glad that I chose Windy City Triumph to buy my new bike from and Ill be doing business with them from now on. For anyone thinking of buying any of the brands of motorcycles they sell, I highly recommend them.TomJohnston

Corey Bryan was an awesome help. We spent pretty much the entire day there. We really only went in for helmets and gloves. When everything was said and done we walked out of there with everything! 2 bikes, 2 helmets, a pair of boots, and a pair of gloves. A year after purchase, these guys are still the best. They always give the personal touch; not just with bike sales, but accessories as well.

They're stock of gear is always much better than other Triumph dealers around. They're never pushy and they know their stuff.They've earned a customer for life.

Girlfriend and I decided to drive up from Indianapolis to check the place out. Very impressed with the showroom and the friendly staff!! I wish I could remember the salesperson's name that spoke with us. Even after telling him I just purchased a Daytona last month, he still stayed around and talked with us. Was not "distant" like most salespersons are that know they were not going to get a sale out of it. Very knowledgeable and knew his Triumphs too! Already looking forward to making another trip up there!

Corey was a huge help this past Friday in finding me a bike I feel comfortable on. Although I wasn't ready to buy both him and the sales manager Brian were not pushy. Corey understood that I needed to feel financialy comfortable in making the purchase. Hopefully I will be ready in a month or so and I will be back to buy my bike!

Great experience- I am going to love the Street Triple. I demoed a couple of bikes while I was there. JB was really great to work with. Glad they have people that are knowledgeable about the Triumphs and their Italian sportbikes.
